Therapy for Creatives
As a creative myself I know all too well that our creations can often speak clearer than our conscious thought. I am ardent about discovering connections between what you yearn to make, or actively create, with what has been perhaps painful and pressuring. Ultimately, incorporating your creativity with your mental health.

Relationship with Self
Creatives are often their own ruthless critic. In a world of comparison and judgement, therapy provides a space to step away from those demands and reconnect with yourself. Together, we'll explore your values, strengths, and struggles so you can cultivate a healthier relationship with yourself—one rooted in authenticity.
Art for Healing
The arts have a unique way of revealing what words sometimes cannot. Whether you are a musician, writer, actor, dancer, visual artist, or simply someone who thinks creatively, your art can become a valuable part of the therapeutic process. Rather than analyzing your work for "hidden meanings," I approach creativity with curiosity, exploring how your creative process reflects your experiences and values. When appropriate, we may incorporate your artistic interests into therapy as a way of processing or discovering new paths toward healing and growth.
